• Software licenses are supplied on a USB dongle: Each dongle must be connected to the computer running the licensed software either directly or via a USB hub. Software licenses ordered at the same time are normally supplied on a single dongle. Please specify if separate dongles are required. Dongles are shipped via air parcel post from Canada or the EU unless otherwise specified for a flat $15 shipping and handling fee. Dongles can also via tracked post to the USA for a flat $30 shipping and handling fee. We supply fifteen day temporary dongle license files via email for use until the dongles are received. There is a $40 customs documentation charge for dongles shipped via courier.

• Products manufactured by RSD carry a conditional 5 year limited warranty.

• Custom system configuration and assembly is done at our California facility and will incur extra shipping charges and fees which will be quoted by RSD.
• 25% restocking charge for all non-custom items.
• RSD, solely at its option, will rent any product if no local rental house has stock.
• RSD, solely at its option, will accept your 1616HD, AB1616 or AB64 as a trade-in.
• RSD, solely at its option, will accept payment via certified cheque or money order in €, £, Canadian Dollars, US Dollars and some other currencies.
